Q What kind of payments do you accept?
A We accept all major credit cards payable through Paypal. There is no need to sign up for an account, if you do not have one. All information is submitted through their secure server. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Q When can I expect my order to arrive?
A Our items are shipped via UPS Ground or via USPS. You can expect your orders to arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Most orders will arrive much sooner. During the holidays, we do ask that you allow extra time.
Q Do you have a catalog available?
A No, it is too costly to make a printed catalog and our product line is constantly changing. Our website is to date with our newest products, where a brochure would not be.
Q Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not excepted!
Q Do you have a wholesale program?

Q What is your privacy policy?
A We only use your information to contact you about your order. We do not put you on a mailing list, unless you wish to be. If you would like to be on our mailing list, please follow the newsletter link, which can be found on all of our pages. Your information is not sold or shared with anyone!
